Parker Slaybaugh

Parker Slaybaugh has nearly 15 years combined experience in Virginia government and broadcast journalism. Parker served as Chief Deputy Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry for Governor Glenn Youngkin. During his tenure in the Youngkin Administration, he played a vital role in key policy initiatives while assisting with business development and regulatory reduction efforts in Virginia.  

Parker also has extensive experience advocating for clients and helping them to accomplish their goals. Prior to his time in Virginia Government, Parker worked as a television news reporter and anchor in Virginia where he earned an Emmy award, an Edward R. Murrow award and numerous Associated Press awards.

David Skiles

David Skiles manages a diverse group of grassroots issues as an owner and partner at the Vectre Corporation, an advocacy and government affairs firm whose clients include large corporations, trade associations, and nonprofits.  

As a community leader, David serves on the Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce, and as a Commissioner on the Northern Virginia Transportation Commission, representing the House of Delegates.

David is a graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy in Wayne, Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of George Mason University, where he majored in Government & International Politics and the University of Virginia’s Sorensen Political Leaders Program.  

Meaghan Mobbs, PhD

Meaghan Mobbs, PhD, is an experienced nongovernmental, policy and political leader. She’s a graduate of West Point, holds a masters in forensic psychology from George Washington University and a doctorate in clinical psychology from Columbia University. A Tillman Scholar and George W. Bush Veteran Leadership Scholar, she was a Presidential appointee to the United States Military Academy- West Point Board of Visitors and is a current Gubernatorial appointee to the Virginia Military Institute Board of Visitors.

She has advised numerous state and national decision-makers on defense, national security, military family, and health-related issues. In this capacity she’s chartered relationships with the US Government, multi-national governments, nongovernmental organizations, and donors.

Meaghan is a senior fellow at the Independent Women’s Forum and is known for her research and contributions into understanding the unique psychosocial stressors of service during a time of war and has frequently published on this topic. Meaghan is a former paratrooper and combat veteran who serves on the Board of multiple organizations.

CJ Sailor

CJ is the State Director for Americans for Prosperity. CJ served as the Outreach and Community Engagement Director for Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin. Prior to that, he served as the Black Outreach Director for the Glenn Youngkin for Virginia Governor campaign. Sailor has championed education by serving as Director of Programs and Development for The Gloucester Institute, an educational non-profit which trains and develops the nation’s next generation of African American leaders.  

Sailor, a Detroit native earned his BA in Political Science from Morehouse College and serves as president of the Richmond, Virginia chapter of the Morehouse College National Alumni Association, is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc, serves on the Board of Southside Community Development and Housing Corporation and a member of the National Urban League Metro Richmond affiliate.
